THE PARADIDDLE | BEGINNERS, START HERE!

Hi there Rumble(rs), I’m back with video number three in our Beginner Series! As usual, I tried to keep this as simple as possible. In this video we’re learning the standard, and simple way to develop a popular rudiment called the “Paradiddle”.

The PARADIDDLE is a combination of Single Strokes (which we learned in video #1) and Double Strokes (covered in video #2). I think you’re going to really enjoy practicing this sticking. When I first learned this pattern I felt like I was finally playing a “real drummer” thing. LOL.
