Delaware Co. antique mall and storage unit closes without warning locking patrons out

An Antique mall operator in Delaware County closed without warning, leaving working families locked out with no access to their merchandise and no payments for their December sales. Chelsea McDonnel has a booth at the Antique Mall but says she hasn’t been able to get to it. Her children make items to sell and learn about business and work and she uses the extra money they make to help pay the bills. “It’s an act of betrayal and I feel my children have been betrayed on this as well,” said McDonnel. McDonnel is one of the dozens of vendors and others who have been trying to reach the mall operator, Virginia Randall, about why the buildings are suddenly locked up tight. But so far, no one is getting any return calls.
