Child becomes victim of hit and run in Cape Coral

Cape Coral Police responded to a a hit and run accident in the 1100 block of NE 9th place. This was after a child was hit by a car while riding a scooter in his neighborhood. A woman has been arrested for fleeing the scene and the child is expected to survive his injuries.
