INFINITI Q Inspiration Concept has first production ready VC-turbo engine

During the North American International Auto Show on Monday, INFINITI pulled the covers off of the all-new Q Inspiration Concept, the world's first production ready VC-Turbo variable compression engine. While it's not meant for sale, the Q Inspiration Concept is meant to "demonstrate future technologies," according to INFINITI. The Q Inspiration Concept is the what the company says "is the first manifestation of INFINITI's new form language, for an era of powertrain. It's VC-turbo engine combines turbocharged gasoline power with the torque and efficiency of hybrid of diesel engine, which gives greater driver control.
