223. My Journey With Alcohol And Why I Stopped Drinking And Chose Sobriety

This is definitely not my usual homeschool mom content, but I feel like today is the day to share this part of my story.

I didn't subscribe to the "mommy wine culture," but I was using alcohol as a way to privately lessen the stress and frustration of motherhood. It was a part of my life here and there until it just wasn't.
