Gas prices in the state are up six-cents a gallon in the past week.

Triple-A Michigan says the average is now three-dollars-two-cents a gallon, 29-cents lower than last year. A 15-gallon fill up costs 45-dollars on average, which is down 13-dollars from the highest price last year in August. The most expensive gas is in Ann Arbor at three-dollars-seven-cents, while Marquette has the lowest prices at two-89.
