Ron DeSantis withdraws from presidential campaign, endorses Trump

Florida governor Ron DeSantis has dropped out of the presidential race, throwing his support behind Donald Trump. The announcement followed last week's Iowa Caucus – the first Republican primary of the election, where DeSantis lost heavily despite finishing 2nd to the former US president.
