Man critical after falling through ice while fishing on Martinsville pond

Sometime before 3 p.m. police were called to the 5800 block of Hacker Creek Road after a property owner noticed tracks leading out to a hole in the ice on his pond and a bunch of fishing gear sitting nearby but no person.  The Morgan County Sheriff said rescue crews were able to pull the man from the water but he was unconscious and taken to IU Morgan Hospital before being flown to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
