My neighbor was trapped in her unit again!

I heard pounding and ran out to see a "Good Samaritan" trying to rescue my neighbor again with a sledgehammer.
Apparently the 🚪 door on unit #1 had frozen shut again!
I had the good Samaritan stop with the sledgehammer and was able to force the door the rest of the way with my hands, but had that door been broken all of the way in the rescue there is no telling what could have happened to the pipes, or my neighbor and her unit.
There had been extreme cold ❄️🥶 this last week and the temperature has finally warmed up to the teens, but it is still just to cold now to have a broken door 🚪!
