For base:
- Water -1 cup
- Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Black seeds - half tsp
- Mustard seeds - half tsp

For tarka:
- olive oil - half cup
- Red pepper powder - 1 tsp
