01/21/24 My neighbor was trapped in her unit again because the door 🚪 had frozen shut again.

I heard pounding and ran around to my neighbor's unit to see a "Good Samaritan" with a sledgehammer trying to rescue my neighbor.
I got the Good Samaritan to stop with the sledgehammer and was able to force the door open the rest of the way by just pushing on it with my hands in the right location at the bottom of the door...
But for obvious reasons this needs to stop.
It won't work to have my neighbor trapped in her unit. And it's way to cold to have the door broken down.
The property management needs to fix the moisture issues and anything else that is causing the door to not work right ASAP.
