Then Executive Director of the National Gulf War Resource Center, former official at the US Department of Defense Office of the Special Assistant for Gulf War Illness, and retired Army Ranger, Steve Robinson, discusses the mandatory Anthrax Vaccination Immunization Program. In this speech from a Veteran’s Day 2001 rally at the State Capital in Lansing, Michigan, Steve focuses on those servicemembers adversely impacted by the program.
