2024 - Catalyst for Growth

Moving into the New Year, there is a lot of catalyst (code word for triggering our stuff) available for us to grow through. The theme of the year is the break down of the old structures - both within us and around us that no longer serve us and humanity. How can we transform feelings of overwhelm and fear into positive thought feelings and actions for the greater good of humanity?
