John Birch Society welcomes Texas Supreme Court Justice John Devine

Our speaker for our January B & P meeting is Texas Supreme Court Judge John Devine. He will explore combination of legal moves by states to keep Trump off their state ballots and other national crisis causing the possible change on how we vote in elections, or the possibility of election day being rescheduled.Show more

Judge Devine was elected to Place 4 on the Texas Supreme Court in November of 2012. Previously he served for seven years as the Civil Trial Judge of the State District court of Harris County. He will explain how the Texas Supreme Court's work is to keep sharp focus on the Texas and the U. S Constitution through all their deliberative processes. He will explain how politicizing the Supreme Court can destroy our Constitution, Liberty and form of local and state governments. A Q & A session will follow his talk.

Judge Devine is always one of our favorite speakers. He is forthright in his presentation and answering questions.
