Runs 2:33 | Dec. 22, 1991 - The Lions needed overtime to snap Buffalo's 17-game home winning streak, 17-14, marking the first time in franchise history that a Lions' team has won 12 games in a season. The win assured the Lions of hosting a playoff game. The winning points came on a 21-yard field goal by Eddie Murray with 4:23 gone in the extra period. The Lions scored two touchdowns in the fourth quarter (one-yard run by RB Barry Sanders and a Sheldon White INT return), but Reich connected with WR Steve Tasker on a 20-yard touchdown pass to send the game into overtime. The Lions took the opening kickoff in the extra stanza and drove 62 yards on seven plays, capped off by Murray's field goal.
