Tubing Deep Creek in the Smoky Mountains - Bryson City, NC

June 2023 - If you plan to travel to the Smoky Mountains during the summer, you should add Deep Creek to your agenda. Deep Creek is on the North Carolina side of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Tubes can be rented at nearby businesses but we bought ours at Walmart. They held up just fine. There is no cost to enter the park or float the river. If you go you must have a parking pass to park your vehicle for more than 15 minutes anywhere in the National Park.
