CLASSIC SCI-FI RADIO | Theatre of the Mind
SF'68 transformed outstanding science fiction plays and short stories into a hit science fiction radio show. This South African series was produced by Michael McCabe, who was previously acclaimed for the popular show Beyond Midnight.

Fittingly, a futuristic new cleaning product, BioTex, sponsored the show. I admit to a certain fascination with the South African advertisements which are somehow frozen in time like exotic amber inclusions for your amusement.

Like all Science Fiction dramas of it's time, this show was produced when there was an astronomical interest in the speculative visions of what may come in the future.
