France flip-flops on admitting some of its citizens are fighting in Ukraine

The French foreign minister has once again denied that any of the country's nationals are fighting in Ukraine as mercenaries, although the French defense chief earlier admitted that some citizens were fighting against Russia. RT contributor Rachel Marsden delves deeper into the issue.
