Tips For Traveling to Cartagena's Islands and Casa En El Agua:

1) Travel light if possible, no sense lugging around a massive suitcase
2) Flip flops, swimming trunks, going shirtless, and bathing suits for the ladies is completely fine
3) The sun can be intense - sunblock, sunglasses, and a hat are all recommended

4) Don’t bring your own food and beverage, that’s not allowed
5) if you want to take photos and videos with your phone, bring with you a waterproof cast
6) Bring cash! The fishermen and other vendors don’t have bank accounts
7) At night it can get chilly and the wind can pick up, so do bring some long pants and shirts or a sweatshirt
