2003 San Diego Chargers at Detroit Lions

Tomlinson caught nine passes for a career-high 148 yards and two touchdowns, while also running for 88 yards on 25 carries for the Chargers. Doug Flutie ended 17-of-25 for 244 yards with two touchdown passes and one interception for San Diego. The Lion offense was out of sync most of the day. Joey Harrington completed 26-of-46 passes for 208 yards and a touchdown for the Lions. TE Casey Fitzsimmons scored Detroit's only touchdown on a short reception.
