Early 1900's farm house to AirBNB Episode 1 : Intro

Thanks for checking out DIY Woodn't You. This is the intro video to a new project that my father and I have decided to team up on. We bought an early 1900's farmhouse, and we're going to remodeling it, in preparation to rent it as an Airbnb. I've been wanting to purchase a house to remodel for years, and with the rise in popularity of Airbnb recently, and the desire people have to stay somewhere that's an experience, and not just an overnight stay, it's peaked my interest even more. The layout of this house is a bit off, but we have a good plan for how to optimize this house to it's full potential!
