SCOTUS into declaring it a human rights violation, such as is guaranteed (supposed to be) by the feds to protect and defend,
for LEGAL citizens of these United States of America ⚔️ 🇺🇸

The ONLY two LIMITED powers the federal gov has is interstate commerce and when our rights are being violated BY A STATE.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS!!! This means civil war! or at least one
battle. Will it prove to become considered the FIRST BATTLE?
