Cardinal Ghirlanda - Schismatic/Heretic/Apostate Pope Falls from Office Automatically

Cardinal Gianfranco Ghirlanda Professor Emeritus of Canon Law at the Pontifical Gregorian University explains When and Why a Pope who has departed from the Faith through Schism, Heresy or Apostasy falls from the Office of Peter the Papal Office. This is a clear response to Archbishop Vigano, Bishop Athanasius Schneider, Mr. Michael Matt, and others who throw up their hands in the air and declare 'There is nothing we can do'. Maybe WE can do nothing BUT the Cardinals [at least those in Rome] CAN!
