Teriyaki Salmon Bowl.

Make some sushi rice in a pot or rice cooker and set aside.

Teriyaki Sauce:
In a pot, add sugar. A lot of sugar. Maybe a half cup or so. It's almost like making caramel. Then, add around 2 or 3 tbsp of soy sauce. add some sesame oil, a little honey, powdered ginger, garlic powder. Optional: crushed red peppers for spice and sesame seeds. Cook in medium heat until it's caramelized.

Side Veggies:
Sauté some broccoli up in oil and butter. Add a little salt and garlic powder.

Salmon:
Pan-fry the salmon. I like to use a cast iron. Try to get a nice seer on the skin if you choose to keep the skin on.

Once it's all done, dip the salmon in the sauce to get it completely covered, then put rice in a bowl, lay the broccoli and salmon on top and then pour on the sauce to taste.

Enjoy! And oh, make sure your cat doesn't steal that salmon from you. 🤣
