After naming the people involved in the FRAB in Part 1. I now begin to look into the Government Financial Reporting Manual that mandates a number of the ideologies we have come to understand as sources of incompetence and national demise.

Elements also present opportunity for redress, including charges of ‘gross misconduct in public office’, ‘negligence’ and indeed ‘treason’, for the various offences involved.

I do include the principles of office set forth in 1995, which all ‘representatives’ and those in ‘public office’ need to be reminded of in stark terms, because the extent of ‘power’ being abused by the unaccountable has reached it’s peak.
