Off Duty Fire Chief Arrested

An off-duty Fire Battalion Chief in Charlotte County was arrested in Sarasota County for attacking a teenager. The victim told deputies they were stopped at a red light when Jon Miller got out of his car and opened their car door. Miller is accused of getting into a verbal altercation with the victims.
