Monterey Peninsula Storm Surge Including an Otter in the Surf
We were visiting the Monterey Peninsula During a Storm Surge that closed beaches up and down the coast.
We spotted an otter frolicking in the surf seemingly not caring about the big waves just yards away.
We ended our trip with a visit the Fort Ord Dunes State Beach on the day following the big surge. The waves were still impressive!
