Today we are giving you a glimpse at the master bow maker that helped create the CodaBow we all know today, Roger Zabinski. Roger Zabinski's bows are played by professional musicians and conservatory students all over the world. The Smithsonian Institution owns a specially executed quartet of his bows. In November 1986, Roger was awarded a Gold Medal for his violin bow at the Violin Society of America International Competition. He has also received numerous Certificates of Workmanship from the VSA.

Follow along as we visit Roger in his workshop to learn from one of today's most respected luthiers on the importance of the bow and the evolution of beauty within the musician.
