Its J here, to go over the protective gear set I wear when doing downcountry riding... and end of season shenanigans from a remote summit... When the going gets rowdy on the trails, its better safe than sorry - one must gear up to be in this game in the long run...because if you bike enough, eventually, you will wreck... Invest in protecting yourself so you can actually have an active outdoor lifestyle. After a first bone break, I took no more chances... most important two things Id say is a full-face helmet, and a good chest/spine/shoulder protector. Getting ready for the '24 season... Lets gooo!
