This is a review of the Radtel RT-470X ham radio - a low-cost ham radio that is not locked so it can transmit on the ham radio 2meter and 40cm bands, GMRS, MURS, FRS, and on pretty much any frequency up to around 520Mhz. This ham radio is easy to use and has some nice features. And did I mention that the ham radio is not locked, and it costs less than $50?
Clarification: Even though the Radtel RT-470X ham radio is not locked to ham frequencies, and can receive AM AirBand, the 470X is not able to transmit on Airband frequencies.
