Wonder why all of the sudden deepfakes are going viral? One clue is that the most popular deepfake video circulating was uploaded by an attendee invited by WEF as a speaker, the danish artist Damon Imani.
Another clue is to be found in President of the EU Commission Ursula's opening speech at WEF in Davos: "The biggest challenge we are facing is not war.....it is misinformation...."
The third clue is that Youtube up until now have deleted deepfake videos, but all of the sudden now they allow it, the video just has a community warning attached to it.

It is not a long stretch to imagine how the spread of deepfakes will empower the elites and governments to control information more rigorously now

However, this is NOT A DEEPFAKE VIDEO. I actually took the time to verify that.
