Live outdoor concerts at The Banks by 2019?

After two years of talk, Hamilton County leaders say this could be the year they finally break ground on a new concert venue at The Banks. Construction on an indoor and outdoor facility will begin as soon as March, according to county records WCPO obtained. The proposed $20 million concert pavilion could start hosting concerts in 2019.
