Live performance - Indie Rock - Venice Society - Debut-Concert

Venice Society were resurrected last year from the remnants of a Göttingen youth band in the Berlin dirt. Their ambivalent, timeless indie sound also plays with the contradictions of past and present, reduction and decadence. Vocal emo excesses and warm, melodic playfulness are often joined by a driving rhythm section or a sprawling guitar solo. The music always aims at this one moment of ecstasy, which then remains intangible and degenerates into addiction. The idea is the pressing feeling of turmoil in the big city bustle - whether Berlin or Venice, the questions always remain the same and the answers are difficult to find.
