Take oats, cocoa and bananas and make this amazing dessert! No sugar, no flour!

Ingredients:

Recipe 1:
130 g(1+1/3 cup) rolled oats
250 ml(1 cup) hot milk(use your favorite)
2 medium ripe bananas
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
4 tbsp cocoa/ or carob powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
40 g(1/3 cup) cashews or walnuts
bake for 40 minutes at 180°C /360°F
80 g(2.8 oz) dark chocolate(without added sugar)
35-40 ml(3 tbsp) hot milk

Recipe 2:
130 g(1+1/3 cup) rolled oats
240 ml(1 cup) hot milk/ or water
2 medium eggs
1-2 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
60 g(1/4 cup) yogurt
1/2 tbsp coconut oil/or melted butter
1 medium apple
70 g(1/2 cup) blueberries
1 tablespoon baking powder
cinnamon
a pinch of salt
bake for 50 minutes at 180°C /360°F
