As of now housing is expensive due to criminals washing money in our real estate market which is a huge percentage of our market. Dirty money from wars, drug trade, terror groups, organized crime , corrupt government officials from around the world , corrupt businesses from around the world. We have the most corrupt real estate market on earth.

Right now ppl have used home as equity, using credit cards like crazy ppl have massive lines of credit and many owe more then what they have.

As ppl ger sick from the vaccine and lose the ability to make oncome 30% of the population according to stats. Things are starting to crack.

You need 5000 a month to make it. Bare min. Due to inflation. Thats eating peanut butter and kraft dinner btw.
