Schools deciding whether or not to cancel classes ahead of expected wintry weather

School district leaders in the Greater Kansas City metro are deciding if they should cancel school on Thursday because of possible freezing rain and slick roads and highways. Officials said the number one concern is the safety of students who ride the bus or walk to school.
