American Eagle Jet has Slide Off Runway at Rochester International Airport

Currently numerous Emergency personnel and other agencies are on the scene to an aircraft accident at Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester Airport in Rochester, New York. An American Eagle flight 5811 operated by piedmont slides off the runway due to icy and snowy conditions. There were at least 53 passengers onboard at this time no injuries have been reported. Crews are actively working to remove the aircraft from the runway.
