How To Find The Right Form Of Magnesium via Magnesium Cycling.
With there being such a vast array of different magnesium on the market, it can be difficult at times to gauge which one to purchase. Aside from that, every person reacts differently to each form of the various types of magnesium. Some people react poorly to certain forms, whereas others react very positively. I suggest cycling magnesium for 30 days until you find which one works best for you. I would strongly suggest starting with a 30 day round of quality magnesium glycinate. If after 30 days you do not notice any improvement, switch to magnesium citrate. If after 30 days citrate does not provide you any benefit, consider moving to something such as magnesium malate or magnesium l-threonate.
Also please be sure to take into consideration where you purchase your magnesium from if you find that you are not noticing any benefit from taking it. There are massive amounts of counterfeit, fraudulent supplements circulating the current market and because of this, I would only purchase supplements from respected and trusted vendors such as iHerb, and never amazon.
