Alex Jones is one that comes to mind, from more than ten years ago. But as the film points out, the power grid of America doesn't get much attention.

In episode 64 with Tucker Carlson, Dennis Quaid talks about America's power grid, and discusses this film. Quaid is a little biased for me, but I liked the film and will have my children watch it and do some research on the topic for a homeshooling report and discussion session. Might be worth a look to someone else as well. Around me, there are a lot of people pulling their kids out of public schools now.
