3: The Bodybuilding Vegan

John Thomas has been vegan for 17 years and has been lifting weights for 15. He did his first bodybuilding show in 2014 and has been an online fitness coach who was worked with over 200 individuals with highly customized plans.

His next show is on November 11th, 2024, which will put him in a step towards his goal of being the first fully vegan IFBB Pro Bodybuilder in the Men's Open Bodybuilding category.

In this episode, John talks about the differences between animal and plant-based protein sources, the importance of bloodwork (vwgan or not), the cost of being a bodybuilder, and so much more!
