Dr Roy Arnold talks about the ill effects of Marijuana and the benefits of methylation.

Dr. Arnold graduated with honors from Auburn University and the University Of
Alabama School Of Medicine in Birmingham. He also holds a Master of Healthcare
Administration degree from Chapman University in Orange, CA. He served his Post-graduate medical training at the University of Alabama hospital system in Birmingham and is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. Following his residency and fellowship, he served in the US Air Force where he also received advanced training as a USAF Flight Surgeon at the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine in San Antonio, TX.

During his military service he held positions as Chief of Pulmonary/Critical Care, Chief
of Medicine, Director of Hospital Services and Hospital Commander at bases in Florida,
Washington, DC, Texas and California. Dr. Arnold received advanced training in
Environmental Health, Preventive Medicine, Combat Trauma Care, and Global
Medicine. He was an outstanding Graduate of the USAF Air War College in 1986.
He subsequently served as Medical Director for several Health Plans where he was
responsible for Care Management, Quality of Care, Pharmacy benefits and Wellness for
large numbers of beneficiaries.

Dr. Arnold has been the owner of 21 st Century Healthcare, LLC, a Primary Medical Care Practice for over 10 years.

His professional interests are Evidence-based practice, Wellness, Preventive Medicine
and application of new technology to Primary Care. His personal interests are cooking,
travel, photography, waterfowl, theatre and medical history. He is a lifetime member of
the American Legion, National Rifle Association and the Air Force Association. He is a strong advocate of Constitutional Carry of firearms and of Strict Constitutional
Interpretation.
