Avocado pancake or you could call it an avocado omelet too

Add what ever you like to this...these are just some things I like to use...xxoo When you pour your mix in the fry pan make sure you shake it a bit to make it real thin....cooks much better when it's a thin pancake or omelet....I LOVE you all!
