In Devil Inside Us: Roots of Evil, Aughust Heylel, a priest gifted with mediumistic abilities and an exorcist acclaimed by the Vatican, finds himself plunged into a challenging journey when he recounts, in a letter, the most terrifying mission of his long life: the "Roots of Evil" case, which began in 1984.

His initial mission was to investigate a residence plagued by paranormal manifestations, but he soon realized that the problem was infinitely deeper than his initial predictions could grasp. This intriguing case has haunted Aughust for more than 30 years, and now the crucial moment has come to solve it.
