Everyone has experienced it at least once in their lifetime. Child curiosity takes them from one place to the other, without telling their parents, and very soon you have one scared kid and one frantic parent. It can be seriously frightening for a parent to try and find their child in a crowd, but with this incredible technique, those frantic searches can be a thing of the past.

While the typical method of going to a lost and found booth and publicly announce that a child is looking for its parents does work with splendid results, this technique in this viral video turns out to be much more helpful, especially is the child lost isn’t able to provide useful information to helpful strangers.

Beachgoers on a busy Breazillian beach found a boy alone and wandering the sand. He had no idea where mom and dad were. Rather than people shouting around for its mom, the people all started clapping loudly and in rhythm, while one man held the child in his arms and waved around to signal to whoever might be looking for the boy.

The strangers were clapping for some ten minutes, before they saw a group of people running towards them from another part of the beach. It was the boy’s lost family! They heard the commotion that was caused by the clapping and chanting and thought maybe their son was in the middle of it all.

Claps turned into a genuine applause, as the boy reunited with his mother.
