• @claudiajordan Yes— once I like something I want it all the time! I make this a lot cause it’s so yummy and easy to make. Linguini (or thin spaghetti or angel hair pasta) in a white wine sauce. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 2-3 pounds of fresh littleneck clams
Half a pound of thin spaghetti/ linguine or angel hair pasta (cooked Al dente)
1 & 1/2 cups of white wine (Pinot Grigio)
12 cloves of garlic minced
3 shallots minced
Half a cup of fresh parsley chopped
3-4 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of red chili flakes
2 lemons to squeeze fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons of olive oil.
