Sen. Tuberville: There’s ‘no reason’ Sec. Austin didn’t communicate with WH on hospitalization

Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) slams Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin for failing to notify the White House about his hospitalization. “This, to me, is a slap in the face to his boss Joe Biden who didn’t know for five days,” says Sen. Tuberville. “And by the way, in those five days we had been bombed four or five times in different facilities in the Middle East.” Sen. Tuberville says the controversy also shows how President Joe Biden “wasn’t in turn to what was going on.”
