In this video, I approach the window, then church bells sound like an "alarm" at the exact moment the outdoor scene comes into view in the phone camera. That can only be executed with visual access of the inside of my home - even by some stranger off the street - AND, simultaneous access into my phone long disconnected phone. Although a railhead, there is no freight moving or a single train running. (The volume may have to be raised all the way to hear it. I have no way to edit)What is seen here is a standard rather than a coincidence as shown in this collection of videos. It can only be executed with satellite surveillance inside the home. Used domestically apparently by the U.S. military franchised to local law enforcement - and all the more heinous with public access.
