Like every other puppy on this planet, Tecate likes to have some fun. Since there are no amusement parks for pups, he took the amusement from the park into his own home. Belly on the carpet, one slight push and weeeee, he goes!

He seems to be enjoying this fun little activity, mouth open wide in a puppy dog smile, those big blue eyes sparkling with excitement! It looks like he might need a bit of encouragement, seeing how he stops himself on every step, but we are sure he will get the hang of it soon enough. We can’t wait to see what big Tecate looks like, surfing down the stairs!

This “belly sliding” things is a trend that has caught on pretty fast! If your pup is doing the same thing, maybe you, too, are curious as to why he is doing it. Don’t worry, it isn’t contagious or serious!

It is called the Army crawl, where individuals get down on their stomachs and use their elbows to crawl towards their destination. It looks a little awkward when you're watching your dog do it across the living room floor, though. Looks like he is rubbing his belly across the floor from one side of the room to the other, but why? The answer is, why not! He loves getting that belly scratched, and when we can't do it, he will figure out a way to get it done. That's one smart puppy!
