Possible Murder Suicide In Northern Michigan Remains Under Investigation

Police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide in Northern Michigan.

According to the Oscoda County Sheriff’s Office, three bodies were found at a residence on E. Royal Oak Road in Fairview at approximately 6:11 p.m. on Monday.

Two people, a 75-year-old woman and a 51-year-old woman, were found dead in the home. Police say they are possible victims of a homicide.

The person in the garage, a 54-year-old man, was found with a pistol near him and police believe he may have died from a self-inflicted gunshot.
