Clinton Township Police Chief Fred Posavetz says an ongoing problem of workplace violence led to a fatal shooting this morning at a business called Reliable Fence on Groesbeck near 15 Mile. The chief says an employee had been acting as a "bully," bothering other employees. Another employee reportedly came in this morning at about 8:30 a.m. and shot the alleged bully twice in the torso, and then went after the owner for apparently not doing enough to stop the behavior.    According to the chief, the man shot twice in the chest is in critical condition and the owner died after being shot in the head. The shooting reportedly happened in his office with the gunman reaching around the door. The chief says the gunman drove off but crashed on Groesbeck Road, then fled on foot and was picked up on Kelly Road south of 14 Mile in Fraser.
